Job summary

Tyner Middle High Academy in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is seeking passionate teacher-leaders to join our athletic and coaching programs. We value collaboration, cultural awareness, and innovative, student-centered instruction across grades 6–12.

Coaches must complete NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching and First Aid, Health and Safety courses, plus ongoing safety certifications. We offer a supportive, family‑centered environment with professional development and a RAMS tradition of teamwork.

Responsibilities

Non-faculty Coaches and Classified Employee Coaches must complete the NFHS "Fundamentals of Coaching" and "First Aid, Health, & Safety for Coaches" courses prior to assuming the position. Coaches who have successfully completed the ASEP Coaches Education Course prior to May 15, 2013, will not be required to take the NFHS courses.
