Responsibilities

• Develop a strong technical foundation through structured training on products, solutions, and applications.
• Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
• Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Provide applications support to customers and sales teams for successful adoption of Moxa solutions.
