You will oversee education, staffing, budgets, and strategy execution, while building teams of servant leaders and fostering healthy church growth across the NextGen pathway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seminary experience; 5+ years of related ministry experience.
• Proven ability to lead NextGen programs across birth through college.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate all NextGen ministries at the Starkville Campus.
• Set goals with the One Church Team and implement strategies.
• Plan activities, supervise communications, and manage budgets.
• Recruit, onboard, and train servant leaders.
• Partner with campus pastor to align with Ephesians 4:11-12.
