What You Will Be Doing

The Next Generation Technical Player Relations Representative plays a critical role in building and strengthening relationships with the next generation of elite golfers while demonstrating the performance advantages of Titleist products. In this highly visible position, you will deliver industry-leading club fitting experiences for top junior, collegiate, and amateur players, helping them perform at their highest level through expertly fit equipment. By combining deep technical expertise, advanced fitting technologies, and exceptional communication skills, you will serve as a trusted advisor to athletes as they develop and progress in their competitive journeys.

You will provide ongoing equipment support, lead fitting events, manage travel and logistics, and create meaningful connections that drive confidence and trust in the Titleist brand. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams, you will also help evolve fitting methodologies, provide player insights, and contribute to the continued advancement of Titleist golf clubs and Scotty Cameron putters.

Success in this role requires a passion for the game, a commitment to delivering world-class player experiences, and the ability to translate technical performance data into personalized equipment solutions that help golfers achieve their full potential.

This field-based role supports players throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and surrounding markets. Extensive travel, including frequent overnight stays and travel beyond the core territory, is required.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of golf industry club fitting experience with recognized expert-level fitting knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of golf equipment, club fitting principles, swing analysis, performance optimization, and player development.
  • Experience working with competitive junior, collegiate, amateur, and/or professional golfers preferred; competitive, collegiate, or professional playing experience is a plus.
  • Expertise with fitting technologies, launch monitors, digital tools, and the ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data and technical insights into effective equipment recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate complex fitting concepts in a clear, practical, and player-focused manner.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and credibility with elite athletes, coaches, and key stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in high-performance environments with elite amateur, collegiate, professional, and high-profile players.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate travel, events, logistics, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with a commitment to delivering innovative solutions and world-class player experiences.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally (approximately 130-160 days annually); valid passport required.
  • Able to lift and carry golf bags and fitting equipment up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Pay Range: $79,563.00-$99,532.00
