Job summary

Honda in the United States is seeking qualified individuals to join our team. This role develops and maintains schedules for parallel projects to launch new powersports products, aiming to minimize disruption and maximize on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of experience, with strong communication, scheduling, and drawing interpretation skills, plus willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or technical field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain department new model action plans.
• Review and track design changes impacting assembly.
• Determine change point impact and set reaction plan.
• Lead design and procurement of tools/fixtures for new model implementation.
• Program equipment for new and existing models.
• Confirm BOM accuracy.
• Create department budget for new model projects.
• Prepare and present project status to upper management.
