Vertical Church St. Paul is seeking a Next Gen Ministry Coordinator who is joyful, spiritually alive, and relationally strong to lead the next generation toward Jesus.

You will shape a clear pathway from childhood through young adulthood and partner with the Pastoral Team to build thriving ministries for kids, teens, and young adults. The role focuses on creating engaging environments where kids love church, teens encounter Jesus and community, and young adults pursue wholehearted discipleship,

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth or family ministry in a church setting.
• Ability to develop clear, age-appropriate discipleship pathways.
• Strong relational and volunteer-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a discipleship pathway for children through young adults.
• Provide direct leadership to Vertical Kids and collaborate with Pastoral Team.
• Help launch and grow Youth & Young Adult ministries and empower volunteers.

Vertical Church is looking for a joyful, spiritually alive, highly relational leader who is passionate about seeing the next generation come alive in Jesus.

The Next Gen Ministry Coordinator will help build a clear, compelling discipleship pathway for the next generation of Vertical Church – from childhood through young adulthood. This person will provide direct leadership to Vertical Kids and, in close partnership with the Pastoral Team, help build and launch a thriving Youth & Young Adult ministry at Vertical.

We aren't looking simply to fill ministry calendars or run programs. We want to build ministries where kids love coming to church, teenagers encounter Jesus and find community, young adults are called into wholehearted discipleship, volunteers are equipped to lead, and parents are strengthened as the primary disciplers of their children.

The vision is simple: We want to see the next generation of Vertical Church love Jesus, love His Church, and live all-out for His mission.
