Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Quality Engineer for the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) program in Forest, MS. You will support quality and mission assurance across engineering development, design, and test requirements, driving risk containment and corrective actions. Travel to Raytheon facilities and customer locations may be required.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in Quality/Engineering/PM, with AS9100 experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of engineering experience in Quality, Engineering, Operations or Program Management.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Implement Quality and Mission Assurance responsibilities as part of the NGJ Program QA team.
• Identify, contain, and manage risks throughout each phase of pursuit and implementation.
• Lead RCCA activities and ensure corrective actions across cross- functional teams.
• Support Program Quality planning, reviews, and audits.
