Job summary

MUK in Georgia is seeking a Support Engineer with strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge to assist Palo Alto Networks customers. You will troubleshoot, work with vendors, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver first-line technical support.

The role requires 2+ years in IT, fluent Georgian, English at least B1, and readiness for long-term cooperation; certification paths with Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or AWS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher education (technical) required.
• 2+ years of IT market experience.
• Georgian fluent; English at least B1; Russian fluent.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and topology.
• Understanding of cybersecurity product principles and problems they solve.
• Experience with information security hardware from Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, or Juniper.
• Experience with NGFW, VPN, URL filtering, IoT Security, Endpoint Protection, DNS Security, Cloud Security.
• Certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, AWS, or Azure are a plus.
• Experience in admin, testing, configuration, or support for Next-Generation Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, and Cloud Security.
• Experience with systems integrator, distributor, or large enterprise client.
• Willingness to commit to long-term cooperation with the company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and interaction with vendor's technical support team.
• Driving sales growth through technical expertise, skilled project support, and professional first-line support for Palo Alto Networks customers.
• Communicating with engineering teams, partners, customers, and MUK teams.
• Studying relevant materials and knowledge bases to provide expert technical support for customer and partner cases regarding Palo Alto Networks products, in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Obtaining Palo Alto Networks certification as a Support Engineer.
• Set up and use lab environments to test Palo Alto Networks hardware and software, and to work through technical troubleshooting scenarios.
• Assist partners and customers with installation, configuration, and updating of Palo Alto Networks information security systems.
• Locate all necessary documentation regarding Palo Alto Networks products (questionnaires, RFPs, battlecards, EULAs, topology diagrams, comparison charts, etc.).
