Job summary

TEGNA Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the enhancement of the internal CMS and a native mobile collaboration app.

You will partner with editorial leaders, newsroom teams, and engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive solutions that help journalists plan coverage, create stories, and publish content across channels. You will own end-to-end product discovery and lifecycle, maintain a healthy backlog, and drive agile planning to deliver high-impact features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience with ownership of customer-facing products or internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end discovery, definition, and lifecycle for the internal CMS and mobile collaboration platform.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and lead refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with Editorial, newsroom, and engineering teams to translate workflows into epics and user stories.
