Description

Job Summary: This is an entry level non‑exempt position that primarily requires driving. Under the direction of the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) or the Assistant Distribution Manager (ADM), performs manual labor aspects of distribution center operations along with assigned driving tasks.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and delivering assigned routes, maintaining established service levels.
• May perform other driving tasks such as delivery verifications and delivery of replacement copies.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of work area.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Must have and maintain access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license in the state of residence, driving record in adherence with PCF guidelines, and automobile insurance at limits required by PCF.
• Ability to use the internet and learn PCF applications.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed the established customer service objectives.
• Ability to communicate information professionally and effectively.

Physical Abilities

• Ability to routinely lift heavy items.
• Ability to perform route delivery, going in and out of vehicle, throwing and walking.
