Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Newscast Director to lead live and recorded productions across television, streaming, and digital platforms. You will guide control room operations and production teams to deliver engaging content for viewers wherever they watch.

You will oversee live coverage of breaking news, weather, sports, elections, and special events, while mentoring staff and implementing efficient workflows for cross-platform distribution.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in television production, directing, or newsroom operations.
• Preferred degree in Broadcast Production, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays.
