Qualifications

• Experience shooting and editing news or sports in a professional broadcast setting.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and natural sound.
• Proficient in EDIUS or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Field Photojournalism: shoot high-quality video with clear nat sound.
• Cover University of Kentucky athletics and regional sports.
• Edit news and sports packages with rhythm and clean audio.
• Collaborate with reporters, anchors, producers, and MMJs.
• Set up and operate mobile transmission equipment for live shots.
• Maintain camera packages and gear.
