Subscribers rely on REW for its late-breaking news and recent developments in the commercial, residential, and industrial real estate markets. The publication also offers monthly supplements focusing on specific aspects of the real estate industry. REW's readership includes building owners, property managers, brokers, developers, lending service companies, attorneys, and architects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a News Editor located in New York, NY. The News Editor will be responsible for overseeing the editorial content, managing news writing, curating news coverage, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of articles. Day-to-day tasks include writing, editing, coordinating with journalists, and collaborating with the editorial team to plan and execute the publication's content strategy.

Qualifications
  • Experience in News Writing and Journalism
  • Strong Writing and Editorial skills
  • Familiarity with New Media
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New York, NY
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
