Good Samaritan Family Resource Center (GSFRC) in San Francisco is seeking a The Latinx & Newcomer Services Site Coordinator to support newcomer students and families in SFUSD schools. You will coordinate service delivery, provide coaching, and collaborate with school staff and partners to promote equity and positive outcomes.
The role allocates 75% direct services at school sites, 15% summer camp coordination, and 10% community events and trainings.

Newcomer Service Site Coordinator — Full Time, San Francisco, CA
Reports To: Director of Youth Services
Classifications: Regular, Full-Time • Non-Exempt • 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $32.00/hour (DOE)
Work Location: SFUSD School Campuses & Good Samaritan Program Sites

Location and status notes: The organization is based in San Francisco and serves immigrant families and students in partnership with local schools.
The Latinx & Newcomer Services Site Coordinator will support Latinx and newcomer students and families in SFUSD schools. The role works with school staff and community partners to coordinate and deliver essential support services, including academic coaching, individualized learning plans, one-on-one coaching, and classroom/community collaborations. The coordinator will promote equity, self-advocacy, positive cultural identity formation, healthy behaviors, and self-care, approaching education and support services as a matter of social justice and in the best interests of the students and families served.
This position plans and coordinates the service strategy as follows: direct services delivery to students and families at school sites (75%), coordinating and implementing a summer camp (15%), and developing the implementation of community events, workshops, and trainings (10%).
