Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking an Registered Nurse for the Special Care Stork Unit. Work on nights and join a team focused on compassionate newborn care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to support families during some of the most precious moments of life.

Minimum training includes graduation from an accredited nursing program with SC RN licensure or compact state, BLS certification, and prior Level II Nursery experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the SC Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe newborn care in the Special Care Stork Unit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to educate and guide families.
• Provide compassionate nursing support during night shifts.
