The New York office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Restructuring & Insolvency group, focusing on workout and enforcement of commercial real estate loans. Transactional workout or bankruptcy experience preferred, but not necessary. Although focused on distressed commercial real estate matters, the candidate will be joining a broad and diverse creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency practice and can expect to receive experience across the full range of matters handled by the group. Candidates should be an active member of the New York bar.
