Job description

The Financial Industry Group of Reed Smith LLP is currently seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the firm's rapidly growing structured finance practice in New York. Successful candidates will have three to five years of significant experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions.
