Soho House in New York is seeking a creative Social Media & Community Manager based in New York to join our Global Social team. This hands-on role thrives on living and breathing social, creating content, and building a vibrant NY member community.

You will own the day-to-day NY residents’ Instagram channel—from content creation and copywriting to community management and reporting—collaborating with teams across New York and internationally to shape a voice that reflects Soho House’s Houses,

Qualifications

• Hands-on management of social channels with a local NY focus.
• Create social-first content across Houses, events and launches.
• Copywriting with a local, culturally relevant voice.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the NY Instagram account.
• Capture and create social-first content across Houses, events, screenings, launches and cultural moments.
• Contribute creative ideas for global campaigns, content series and always-on social storytelling.
• Produce engaging Reels, Stories and feed content.
• Write copy that feels conversational, culturally relevant and distinctly local across social channels.
• Build strong relationships with Membership, Events and Operations teams to source content, identify social opportunities and stay ahead of programming.
• Manage community engagement, including DMs and comments.
