Job summary

Iws-Group is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join as Shopper Insights Associate. You will visit retail stores, restaurants, or service providers posing as a regular customer to assess service quality and overall experience. Roles include full-time and part-time options with on-the-road work and flexible scheduling.

There are age restrictions for the Bars Program: 21–25. No prior experience is required as training is provided. Travel within NJ and NY may be required.

• Submit completed reports by the specified deadline.
• Maintain confidentiality of your role and identity as a mystery shopper.

As a Client Insights Associate, you will visit retail stores, restaurants, or service providers posing as a regular customer to evaluate the quality of service, cleanliness, product knowledge, and overall customer experience. Your feedback will help companies improve their customer service and operational standards.

AGES: 21-25 required for this job due to the Bars Program regulations.
