Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the tri-state area for court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate, securities, business, and related legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and guidance.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist with case strategy, preparation, and management.
• Attend court appearances and other proceedings across the tri-state area.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
