Job summary

rednote invites New York-based students to join the Global Community Internship Program as Community Interns. Track 1 covers Content Creators; Track 2 covers Community Activation. You move through creative communities, building relationships and curating experiences, not just observing.

You will be a connector, curator, and activator, gaining mentorship from rednote’s Global Growth team and earning certification, a reference letter, and career opportunities across the globe.

Qualifications

• You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in New York.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators who are doing interesting work — people with a genuine point of view, not just a following.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators through outreach, events, and ongoing communication
• Spot emerging talent in the spaces where it actually surfaces — studio crits, thesis shows, independent galleries, open studio nights
• Support creator onboarding — from first contact to first post
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with the activation team
• Convey Persuasive ideas, read a room and gain buy-in with or without a deck behind you.
• Be the face of the brand on the ground: approachable, energetic, and always representing our mission
• Contribute to event concepts and ensure guests feel the brand’s aesthetic
• Be accountable and self-managing, flag problems early and own outcomes
• Track 2 responsibilities: conceive and execute boutique events, capture outcomes, curate the experience, manage logistics on-site
• Be the face of the brand on the ground: approachable, energetic, and always representing our mission
• Be the venue and guest experience steward from concept to wrap-up.
