Job summary

Zanda is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team in New York. You will own the operating model, partner with the CEO and go-to-market leaders to drive efficient growth, and shape the company’s path to its next milestone.

You will lead financial strategy, planning and forecasting with a focus on SaaS metrics, while overseeing fundraising, investor relations and board reporting.

Qualifications

• CFO or senior finance leader with B2B SaaS experience.
• Strong command of SaaS economics and happy to present to investors/boards.
• Experience leading or supporting fundraising.
• Background in a high-growth, venture-backed environment preferred.
• Strategic thinker who can roll up sleeves.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Based in New York.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning and forecasting with a focus on SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback).
• Partner with GTM leaders on pricing, sales efficiency and revenue planning.
• Own fundraising, investor relations and board reporting.
• Build and scale the finance and accounting team and the systems behind it.
• Oversee revenue recognition (ASC 606), audit readiness and internal controls.
• Advise the CEO on capital allocation, runway and long-term strategy.
• Implement tools and workflows to improve reporting quality and decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally to align financial processes with growth.
