Job summary

West Broad VW Kia in Richmond, VA is hiring a Lot Attendant to ensure accurate receipt of new vehicles and orderly placement on the lot. You will verify VINs, inspect for damage, and document discrepancies. You’ll park vehicles, manage stock numbers, and support registration with the RMV.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians, guiding customers to their vehicles, and performing winter maintenance such as shoveling and clearing snow from doors and lots when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify serial numbers of incoming vehicles against invoices.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify listed accessories.
• Document damages and missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Park new vehicles in assigned areas and assign stock control numbers.
• Bring forms to RMV for registering sold cars.
• Assist technicians or valet as needed; help customers locate cars.
