Position Type: Full‑Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay: $65,000 to $75,000 starting base salary - Based on experience [ONLY NJ/NY]
The primary responsibility of a salesperson is to meet established sales goals for new truck sales, through selling to existing customers and prospecting for new customers. This role is heavily focused on phone-based communication, requiring a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills, knowledge of trucks and their features, and experience in using CRM tools.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred): and one to two years of sales experience and/or training as an individual sales contributor; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Valid Driver's License required; must meet company insurability standards
