Job summary

Gene Juarez Salons & Spas is offering a New Talent Education Program for licensed hair stylists to develop advanced techniques through hands-on training with our senior artists. You will learn on-trend services, time management, and the overall operation of our salons.

The 3-month training starts May 19 at our Southcenter location, with full-time, Tue-Sat hours, and opportunities for raises and ongoing education after program completion.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State cosmetology license required or eligible to obtain before start date.
• 0-2 years of behind-the-chair experience preferred.
• Commit to 3-month paid training program.

Program Details:
The next 3-month program is scheduled to start on May 19th (Tuesday - Saturday) and will be located at our dedicated training space at our Southcenter salon.

    Compensation Information

The pay for this position is $21.65.
*Employees in this position have the opportunity to earn retail product commissions per program guidelines.

We are looking for those who offer:

• Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license (unlicensed candidates may apply, but must have an active license before the start date)
• 0-2 years of recent behind‑the‑chair experience
• Ability to fully commit to 3 months of focused training
• Available to work a full‑time schedule - 5 days a week: Tuesday through Saturday
• Open scheduling availability upon completion of the program, including evenings and both weekend days
