Vineyard Vines Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Worth Ave store in Palm Beach, FL. You will lead the Crew in the Store Manager’s absence, coach and inspire the team, and drive results through customer engagement and brand initiatives.

The role requires a passion for our brand, adaptability to evolving business needs, and the ability to build a fun, inclusive store culture focused on exceptional service and community connections.

DOR Overview: In addition to your role responsibilities, you will be asked to take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). DOR’s are a set of distinct responsibilities that are assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clarity around execution of work and support development and growth. Requirements:
