vineyard vines is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Dolphin Mall location in Miami, FL. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving sales, and delivering a high-energy omni-channel experience.

You will mentor Crew Leads, educate staff on product and brand initiatives, and collaborate with headquarters to improve store performance. The candidate should meet the listed requirements and be available for holidays and weekends.

What you’ll do

• Focus on building client relationships and community engagement in order to build repeat customers and gain new customer acquisition
• Support the development of strategies to exceed financial goals
• Deliver an energetic and omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales
• Motivate and measure performance of Crew Leads and Crew to increase profitability
• Act as a mentor to Crew Leads and aides in their development through transparent and candid communication
• Educate Crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience, ultimately driving sales
• Build an environment that fosters open and respectful communication with Crew and headquarters partners and solicit feedback to continually improve the store experience
• Network and recruit to help maintain a talent pool to fill open positions
• Evaluate store operations for opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Support store merchandising to reflect current compass, brand initiatives and local customer needs
