The University of Arizona is seeking a Coordinator for New Start to support the implementation and ongoing success of the New Start program, a signature transition initiative for incoming students. The role partners with the Senior Coordinator to plan activities, recruit participants, and coordinate student leadership and program operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in relevant fields and experience with bridge/orientation programs.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, and multi-stakeholder initiatives is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the implementation and day-to-day delivery of New Start programs and activities.
• Support recruitment, outreach, communications, and engagement efforts in collaboration with Admissions and campus partners.
• Assist with development and implementation of educational, social, and transition-focused programming.
• Provide exceptional service and support to students and help promote belonging and academic readiness.
