This is an excellent opportunity for early HR practitioners seeking growth in Human Resources leadership. The qualified candidate will be responsible for onsite HR administrative support, including federal and statutory employment compliance, pre-employment processes, applicant tracking, workers' compensation and safety reporting, new hire orientation, and payroll duties. Supports the company’s quality management programs by providing effective customer service to internal and external customers. Acts as an administrator for employee relations, safety programs (depending on the site), and provides administrative support for all HR functions. Maintains employee information within HRIS and functions as a key team member within the department and organization, performing duties to best serve the company and client base.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including preparing requisitions, coordinating advertising, and conducting background checks.
  2. Maintaining applicant flow data for AA/EEO purposes.
  3. Conducting new hire orientations, ensuring completion of documentation such as W-4, state tax forms, IRCA I-9 forms.
  4. Assisting with personnel form submissions and maintaining personnel records.
  5. Verifying payroll information and communicating changes.
  6. Tracking employee time, including sick/vacation days and holidays.
  7. Submitting personnel changes, pay adjustments, and tracking leaves of absence.
  8. Assisting with workers' compensation and safety functions, including injury reports and OSHA logs.
  9. Supporting employee programs like tuition assistance and EAP, and coordinating employee events and charitable campaigns.

**Qualifications:** High School Diploma and three years of experience in human resources.
