• Learn and execute proven lead generation models to build business.
• Shadow senior agents and guide buyers and sellers through transactions.
• Develop negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Study local inventory, pricing trends, and market conditions.
• Adopt our CRM and digital tools to manage leads and transactions.
