Qualifications

Be the Best Home Health Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience in home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environments

Required Certifications and Licenses:

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation, compliant with professional standards
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all locations
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, with license or certification in the state of service
• At least two years of independent work experience with minimal supervision
