Frontline Personnel is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York to join our compassionate team. You will provide patient care, support daily activities, and help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents. We offer flexible shifts, per-diem options, and competitive hourly pay of $32–$35, with daily pay available.

• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy.
