Frontline Personnel is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York to join our team. This role offers meaningful patient care with a focus on comfort and wellbeing, delivered through a dedicated team.

The LPN will handle admissions, medication coordination, and daily resident care across shifts, with supportive supervision and a patient-first environment. Candidates should be licensed in the state, possess CPR certification, and have prior nursing experience, preferably in long-term

• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy.
