Responsibilities

  • Own the Program: Drive the success of new product transitions within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate efforts across NPI/NPT Engineers, Materials PMs, DFX, Manufacturing, and the BU.
  • Pilot Execution: Oversee early manufacturing builds to drive learning and meet pilot milestones.
  • Problem-Solve at Scale: Resolve operational challenges between BU, NPI teams, and Volume Manufacturing.
  • Drive Commercialization Strategy: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve designs and manufacturability.
  • Mitigate Risk: Analyze product readiness and proactively address risks to ensure smooth production ramp.
  • Engage Leadership: Deliver high-level presentations and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Own the Details: Define project scopes, develop schedules, plan resources, and track budgets and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to streamline processes and elevate cross-team collaboration.
  • Coordinate Execution: Organize and lead meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through across teams.

Join Our Team: New Product Transition Project/Program Manager (NPT PM)
What You’ll Do

As the NPT PM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of product launch initiatives within manufacturing. You’ll lead complex programs, aligning teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations to bring cutting-edge products to maturity.

  • Own the Program: Drive the success of new product transitions within scope, budget, and schedule—as defined by the Business Unit (BU) and PDP process.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate efforts across NPI/NPT Engineers, Materials PMs, DFX, Manufacturing, Supplier Engineering, and the BU.
  • Pilot Execution: Oversee early manufacturing builds to drive learning and meet pilot milestones.
  • Problem-Solve at Scale: Resolve operational challenges between the BU, NPI teams, and Volume Manufacturing.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a strong communicator, team leader, and problem-solver with a solid foundation in manufacturing and program management.

Required Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle, and change management processes.

  • Background in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
