Qualifications

• Sophomore year or above pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• GPA at least 3.0 and in good academic standing.
• English fluency (written & verbal).
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical specifications, test plans, and ATE design considerations.
• Develop and debug automated test programs for digital, analog, and mixed-signal ICs on Advantest and Teradyne platforms.
• Analyze test data to identify margins, process variation, yield, and test-time improvements.
• Collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure testability and production readiness.
