Olin is seeking a New Product Development Engineer to drive the entire development process from ideation through production at our Oxford, MS site. You will manage cross‑category NPD projects, conduct aerodynamic and testing work, and help design manufacturing tools and processes, ensuring product readiness and quality.
Qualifications include a B.S. in a core engineering discipline, 3.0+ GPA for recent grads, and experience in a manufacturing setting with project management.
