Job summary

Purple Drive Technologies is seeking an NPDI Services Engineer – Power Systems to lead the deployment of next-generation AC/DC power solutions, including Medium Voltage, UPS, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Microgrid technologies. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Service Operations to ensure field readiness, commissioning, and scalable deployment strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in power systems, field service, commissioning, or deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC power systems, MV, UPS, BESS, or Microgrid solutions.
• Strong knowledge of one-line diagrams, protection schemes, FMEA, and system integration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading deployment programs.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
