Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. in Cayce, South Carolina is launching a new plant and seeks a Production Manager to build the team, standards, and culture from day one.

You will lead a production workforce, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and collaborate with maintenance, planning, and the plant manager to implement SOPs and continuous improvement. You will oversee equipment start-up, KPI tracking, and lean initiatives, with a focus on achieving OEE targets while promoting a safe and productive work

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in production/operations management with relevant equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics aptitude with troubleshooting.
• Experience with automated machinery and drive trains.
• Strong PLC knowledge and electrical testing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and manage production operators and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, and daily manufacturing operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI tracking; drive OEE improvements.
• Execute lean initiatives (Kanban/5S) and continuous improvement.
• Develop SOPs and maintain production records while troubleshooting equipment.
