Job summary

Conco, Inc. is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for our new Scottsburg, Indiana facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to support safe, reliable operations.

You’ll work hands‑on across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems while upholding safety practices and helping to establish a productive maintenance program for a brand‑new plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics and drawings.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, safety practices including lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and repair components.
• Inspect machinery for wear and reliability; repair/replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Assist with installation, startup, and testing of new equipment; minimize downtime.
