Job summary

Sleppy Chiropractic Family Wellness Center in Indiana, PA is seeking a friendly, organized New Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective patients.

You will answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, guide new patients through onboarding, follow up on leads, and help create a welcoming experience from the very first interaction. Training is available for the right candidate.

Are you passionate about helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences? Sleppy Chiropractic Family Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic New Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective patients.

In this role, you'll answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, guide new patients through the onboarding process, follow up with leads, and help create a welcoming and positive experience from the very first interaction.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking with and helping people
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
• Brings a positive, team-focused attitude

Experience in customer service, healthcare, reception, scheduling, hospitality, or sales is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
