Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage warehouse operations and ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship goods, while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy. Basic ERP and MS Office skills are needed; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive communication to improve processes and support production and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include age 21+, valid driver's license and clean record.
• 1–3 years warehousing or production experience.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment;Mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma or GED; willingness to learn and work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, post in system, and store items in warehouse.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials and notify supervisor.
• Pick products and prepare for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
• Package and ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.
• Assist with staging shipments for local delivery and inventory counts.
• Maintain neat warehouse locations and stock levels; support process improvements.
