• Keep the LA unemployment and withholding accounts perfectly square.
• Track every finance expense back to a source document.
• Handle intercompany transactions and eliminations during consolidation.
• Build the close documentation a new manager hire could follow blind.
• Manage fixed-asset schedules, depreciation, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and relentlessly-kind executive summaries.
• Watch the burn rate and sound the alarm a quarter early.
