Family Dollar is hiring for Warehouse Associates at our climate-controlled distribution center in Saint George, Utah. Stay active and join a fast-paced team where every shift matters and opportunities to grow are built in.

We offer competitive pay starting at $20 per hour plus a $1.25 second-shift differential, incentives, guaranteed raises, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and Paid Parental & Primary Caregiver Leave.

Qualifications

• We hire people with drive, grit, and a good attitude.
• No diploma or experience required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable with walking, standing, swatting, and other physical activity.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• May operate P.I.T. equipment (training provided)
• Must follow all safety & PPE guidelines.

Pay & Perks That Work as Hard as You Do

• Starting Pay: $20, plus $1.25 for 2nd Shift Differential
• + Incentives: Earn $.50 up to $3.00 extra per hour based on performance
• + Guaranteed Raises: At 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift : Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
