Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years related New Model experience; 6 years may substitute for degree.
• MS Office, Public Speaking/Presentation, Problem solving and decision making.
• Project management qualifications are optional.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international transportation modes (truck, air, ocean, rail) based on cost, timing, and regulatory constraints.
• Ensure shipments meet program timelines for manufacturing, testing, and development builds.
• Support KPI reporting (on-time delivery, damage rate, customs hold, freight cost per unit, etc.).
• Prepare, review, and validate export/import documentation and hazmat requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and program teams to align Design change levels and logistics with build schedules.
• Assist NM E-PM in managing total SED unit requirements and negotiations.
• Issue NM E-PM production instructions for parts ordering and fabrication of NM trial event units.
• Support issue resolution and documentation for NM trial events and evaluation preparation.
