Job summary

Southwest Women's Oncology is seeking a Provider Liaison to build and manage relationships with referring providers across New Mexico. This field-based role focuses on education, outreach, and ensuring a trusted network of providers attentive to Optimum Infusion services.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical leadership to align field activities with growth goals and to capture insights for strategy development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales, provider relations, or a field-based relationship role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships with physicians, APPs, and clinic staff.
• Highly self-directed and organized; able to manage a structured field schedule across a broad territory.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for activity tracking and territory management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field travel across New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop provider relationships across New Mexico and build a priority list in CRM.
• Visit physician offices, hospitals, clinics, and referral sources on a structured schedule.
• Support provider outreach initiatives with the Optimum Growth Agency marketing team.
