Job summary

Mighty Wash is a faith-driven team dedicated to serving others. We seek an I.T. Support Technician to keep critical systems humming across our car wash locations, ensuring fast, seamless service and clear communication on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities include LAN support, POS and IP camera maintenance, and user assistance with apps like Office 365, Gmail, Slack, and QuickBooks. Travel to sites will be required, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to car wash sites.
• Safety-minded problem solver with hands-on tech ability.
• Proactive communicator and reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Build and support LANs; run, terminate, test, and trace Ethernet cabling.
• Support car wash POS systems and on-site technology.
• Install and maintain IP camera systems, wiring, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot PCs/servers, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and other apps.
• Assist with Active Directory: accounts, password resets, and access control.
• Respond to requests remotely/on-site, including on-call during operating hours.
• Document procedures, issues, and resolutions; coordinate with ops and vendors.
• Work safely with ladders/power tools around water, heat, noise, and electricity.

Your Tech Mission

As an I.T. Support Technician, you’ll keep critical systems humming across our car wash locations so teams can deliver fast, seamless service. You’ll blend sharp troubleshooting with hands-on installs and steady communication—on-site and remote.
