Job summary

Mighty Wash is seeking an I.T. Support Technician to keep critical systems running at our car wash locations. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain on-site technology while supporting remote operations.

You will travel around Lubbock to multiple sites, work in challenging environments, and provide timely issue resolution. We offer growth opportunities, a culture focused on balance and purpose, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• 18+ years old and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to car wash locations around Lubbock.

Responsibilities

• Build and support LANs; run, terminate, test, and trace Ethernet cabling.
• Support car wash POS systems and on-site technology.
• Install and maintain IP camera systems, wiring, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot PCs/servers, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Support Office 365, Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and other apps.
• Assist with Active Directory: accounts, passwords, and access control.
• Respond to requests remotely/on-site, including on-call during operating hours.
• Document procedures, issues, and resolutions; coordinate with ops and vendors.
• Work safely with ladders around water, heat, noise, and electricity.

Your Tech Mission

As an I.T. Support Technician, you’ll keep critical systems humming across our car wash locations so teams can deliver fast, seamless service. You’ll blend sharp troubleshooting with hands-on installs and steady communication—on-site and remote.

Key responsibilities:

• Work safely with ladders/power tools around water, heat, noise, and electricity
