As an I.T. Support Technician, you’ll keep critical systems humming across our car wash locations so teams can deliver fast, seamless service. You’ll blend sharp troubleshooting with hands-on installs and steady communication—on-site and remote.
Key responsibilities:

Your morning kicks off with a quick look at what’s live and what’s urgent, then you’re on the move—traveling around Lubbock to nearby sites as needed. You’ll step into real-world conditions: heat, water, and the roar of equipment, staying alert and safety-first.
Some stops are quick wins; others have you navigating tight spaces, climbing a ladder, or working above the ceiling line. Between locations, you’ll take remote calls, keep people updated, and wrap up the day with clean notes so nothing gets lost. The pace can spike fast, and when it does, you’re ready—especially during on-call coverage while the washes are open.
