Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Production Scheduler for Gas Turbine New Make to develop and maintain a detailed weekly/daily sequence across all part families and work centers. You will drive cadence with material planning, protect constraint work centers, and publish daily/weekly adherence metrics to the planning manager.

The role requires 4+ years in detailed scheduling, fluency in English, and strong Excel/ERP capabilities to ensure realistic, executable schedules and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent scheduling/production-control experience.
• 4+ years in detailed production scheduling or production control in discrete manufacturing with ownership of a multi-work-center sequence.
• Fluency with capacity math, lead-time offsetting, and constraint-based sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated sequence for the new-make scope: weekly and daily operation-level sequence across all part families and work centers.
• Sequence to material reality without surrendering the cadence: coordinate with material planners and resequence when supply gaps occur.
• Level-load and protect constraint work centers by sequencing against setup and cycle durations.
• Hold the locked scheduling window: publish and defend a rolling short-interval sequence and manage resequencing requests within defined rules.
• Own sequence adherence measurement: publish daily/weekly adherence and analyze misses to feed improvements.
• Keep the scheduling engine true: maintain routing, durations, calendars, and toolset accuracy in ERP post go-live.
