Job summary

Signature Companies, LLC is seeking a New Homes Agent to represent Signature Homes and guide buyers through the new construction process. The ideal candidate will hold an active South Dakota real estate license and be willing to transfer their license to Hegg Realty.

This role involves representing builder communities to prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales process, and maintaining client records. Exceptional interpersonal skills and knowledge of the South Dakota real estate market are essential.

The position offers uncapped commission income with significant earning potential and access to comprehensive marketing support.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an active South Dakota real estate license.
• Experience in new construction or residential real estate sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Signature Homes and builder communities to prospective buyers.
• Guide buyers through the full new construction sales process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Collaborate with builder on pricing updates and lot availability.
• Coordinate with lenders and title companies for smooth closings.
