Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $30.00/hr

This part-time position involves meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientations, walk-throughs, and documenting potential construction issues. It requires travel within downtown Manhattan or New York, NY, and surrounding areas.

To be considered, you must reside in New York or nearby.

We seek positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team members who conduct business professionally. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with new home buyers. Experience in residential construction, high-end luxury properties, or new home building is preferred.
